Daniel Williams has several years of experience in
venture investing and in running early stage companies. Williams has served as a partner at Middlebury Capital, an alternative
investment group with interests in companies at all stages. He currently sits
on numerous advisory boards and management committees of Middlebury's portfolio
companies. He is also an active angel investor in his own right, and has served
as an advisor as well as shareholder to several early stage companies. He is a
member of the NJ Jumpstart group, the angel arm of the NJEDA.
Prior to joining Middlebury, Williams was a
strategic consultant to many of the top executive search and recruiting
companies in the NY/NJ/PA region, helping them reshape their sales teams and
expand their practice areas. His list of clients included Robert Half
International (NYSE:RHI), the nation's largest accounting and finance
contingency firm. At RHI, Williams established a banking practice and drafted a
blueprint for the firm's planned expansion into executive search. Williams also
started a Finance recruitment practice for the Ayers Group, the Tri-State
area's largest privately held recruitment services and outsourcing company.
Williams made his start in the recruitment business
at OxbridgeJobs.com, a successful college recruiting start-up in the UK, which
focused on placement of the very best graduates from the world famous
universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
Williams holds both Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Arts with Honors degrees from the University of Cambridge in England.
Salvatore Gaglio, located in Princeton, New Jersey has extensive experience working and investing in startup and middle market companies throughout the world. Over the course of his 25 year career he has provided Business Development, Investment Banking and General Business services to not only client firms but, as a principal as well, having built and sold several companies himself. He has experience in trading commodities physical, financial, as well as derivatives.
He has served as a partner at CS Capital Partners, a regional venture capital firm, Vice President of Investments at Gruntal and Company; Vice President at Josephthal and Company and as CEO of a biometrics firm and COO of a K thru 12 distance learning firm.
From 1988 thru 1992 Mr. Gaglio successful obtained the only private export permit for gold from the country of Nicaragua where he founded and managed four separate gold processing facilities in the country working with mining co-operatives and exporting gold dust to the states for final assay and sale.
During the course of his career Mr. Gaglio built from permits through sale an 18 hole championship golf course and housing development including the construction and permitting of drinking water and waste water treatment facilities relying solely on green technologies
He has extensive experience creating unconventional financing structures, strategic partnerships and win-win relationships. Mr. Gaglio is a graduate of Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and is currently preparing to take the Level II exam for the CFA.
Jorizzo has operations
experience with a variety of startup companies. He has been working with
Red 5 since its inception. Jorizzo focuses on physical commodities, specifically
cement, fertilizer, and sugar.
Jorizzo holds a Bachelors degree
in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
